Area Sales Supervisor
Area: West Java
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for achieving sales targets within specified geography area and/or class of responsibility.
* Analyzes, reviews and manages sales volume and trade promotion spending in line with broad category strategy to maximize sales and minimize promotional spending.
* Contributes to the growth and operating results of the company by managing distributors and direct general trade customers in the achievement of sales targets and by building the skills and abilities of the 3rd party distributor sales team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any field.
* Minimum 2 years in general trade sales experience.
* Must have strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
* Basic working knowledge of English both written and spoken is a must.
* Solid knowledge of PC based applications is required.
