Role :
Meet customers and understand their service needs, Contact and develop service points, Train and develop Mechanics through regular dealer visits & attend to critical customer complaints.

Role :
Conduct Vehicle test and approve for booking, Audit vehicle assembly process and report the findings, Study customer complaints and actively participate in resolving them in time, Implementation of QA system in manufacturing.
