The incumbent is responsible to ensure the electrical and
utility in compliance with cGMPs, EHS requirement and BOPâ™s, including maintaining electrical equipment both low and high current in plant Cimanggis area, i.e. machinery panel, sub distribution panel, low voltage medium distribution panel and PLN Travo. Make sure that all electricity equipment installed and meet, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety regulation and requirement. Able to make estimation on electrical expenses budget. Improve effective communication with all Departments, interact and work with Management/Employees to promote teamwork.
* Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
* Minimum 1 year experience, preferably having experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Able to operate basic computer office Auto CAD, and other electrical program .
* Able to communicate in English.
* Proactive and willingness to learn and change.
The incumbent is responsible to ensure manufacturing process is correct, efficient, productive and comply with cGMPs & Abbott standards. Controlling the production expenses and makes report to Production Manager in monthly basis. Select, train and develop the staff under his/her responsibilities. Improve effective communication with all Departments, interact and work with Management/Employees to promote teamwork.
* Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from reputable university.
* Minimum 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Team player with leadership quality.
* Hard working and has good initiatives.
