Sr. Officer, C&B Analysis
Analyze compensation practices and recommend improvements in order to provide more efficient and fair compensation practices.
Specific requirements:
* S1/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
* Accounting or Mathematics with approximately 5 years experience Human Resource Management including 4 years exposure to compensation and benefit area
* Having knowledge on Government policies manpower related
