1 Brand Assistant Manager
With the requirement as follows:
* Minimum S1/Degree
* Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing , sales exposure will be an advantage, preferably from Milk Industry or Food & Beverage Industry
* Knowledge in Brand Management
* Enthusiastic, fast Learner, team player, self motivated
* English Language proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing Business deliverables, volume and market share
* Developing communication strategy and implementation
* Managing product innovation & renovation
* Managing other deployments in line with Brand Plan
2. Brand Executive
With the requirement as follows:
* Minimum S1/Degree
* Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Marketing , sales exposure will be an advantage, preferably from Milk or Food & Beverage Industry
* Knowledge in Brand Management
* Enthusiastic, fast Learner, team player, self motivated
* English Language proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing Business deliverables, volume and market share
* Developing communication strategy and implementation
* Managing product innovation & renovation
* Managing other deployments in line with Brand Plan
3. Field Operation Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
* To plan and coordinated the activities of the Force
* To ensure that marketing intellegence as well as the contact?s classification, are up to date, easy to consult with all necessary basic info permanently
* To be marketing oriented, to ensure that all contact?s needs are satisfied
With the requirement as follows :
* Minimum S1 in a related field
* Ability to work with & through people leadership qualities
* Consistency, credibility, charisma & perseverance to achieve preset goals of the company
* Professionally well established working relationship with Health Ministry Representatives
* Good communication skills, proactive, able to motivate
* Proactive & positive attitude
* Ability to motivate & evaluate performance
* Solid knowledge and experience as Medical Delegates or SPV/Brand Management/& Sales
* Update knowledge on competition activities, field organizations, operations & activities
