Job Roles:

q Analyze, evaluate and set up effective and secure transaction system both for purchasing the product and selling to customer

q Coordinate, evaluate, monitor and execute the receiving and payment from customer, invoice payment to supplier/vendor and other payment such as tax, etc.

q Analyze, evaluate and coordinate analysis result between actual complementation and budget such as any deviances occurred, and prepare alternatives steps needed.

q Coordinate and file the whole supporting documents from vendor/supplier needed to support transaction implementation.

q Coordinate and file the whole supporting documents from customer needed to support transaction implementation

q Arranging daily activities related to project.





Requirements:

q Academy degree.

q Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field

q Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

q Confident communicator in English



General Requirements:

q Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill

q Good computer literature

q Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization

q Good command of English language both orally and in writing
