Requirements:

Degree/ Masters in Business, Management or Biotechnology, 5 or more years of relevant experience in business, operations or sales management within the healthcare or life science industry, Excellent leadership and managerial skills, Knowledge of stem cell technology and processes, Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures, Must be familiar with all facets of cord blood banking operations, Highly motivated, confident and committed,
