Recruitment Staff

Responsible for all recruitment process such as :

Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet

Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database

Conducting psychological test

Interviewing qualified candidates

Reporting to end - user regarding to recruitment process

Setting interview schedule with end user

Confirm to end for the new hire employee

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Pyschology preferably from State University / well known private university

Having experience in recruitment field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Familiar with psychological tools

Good analytical and communication skill

Having pleasant personality

Strong motivation and able to work under pressure

Creative, high initiative, and fast learner

Familiar with computer
