Corporate Legal with criteria as below:
Specific Duties Responsibilities :
Overlook all the local agreement : drafting execute
Conduct compliance training
Taking care all the company licenses
Preparing Annual General meeting, Director meeting, Dept Head meeting Extra originally meeting
In charge on Compliance and Legal issues
Taking care of expart documentation
Maintain Renew internal policy
Taking care the T L process
Job Requirements :
EDUCATION: Min of Bachelor degree of LAW from reputable local / overseas university
PREFERENCE: Male, or female, maximum of 30 years old
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years experience Corporate Legal
PREFERABLE: Having experience in the Law Firm min of 2 years
LANGUAGE: Active and Passive English is a must
LOCATION: Yogyakarta
