Finance Manager

Requirements:

Male/ Female, 30-35 years old, Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance from reputable university, 5 years progressively responsible related financial experienced required, Dynamic, excellent communication, creative, and interpersonal skills, Strong mathematical and analytical skills for monitoring accounting records and resolving accounting problems, Good supervisory skills for directing and coordinating accounting clerical staff, Ability to monitor and evaluate worker performance, establish work priorities and delegates tasks, and train staff in proper accounting procedures, Computer literate with ability to utilize word processing and spreadsheet software, Fluency in English,

Job Description:

Analyzes complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information, interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/ or to project a financeial probability., Oversees the development of unrestricted funds budgets, research grants and contracts, revenues, and/or gift accounts., Oversees the preparation of working papers and approved budgets; ensure that expenditures for budgets, and grants and contracts are monitored and that reports are prepared to maintain balanced accounts.,
