1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job description:

- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets
- Taking on some of the Manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with
management
- Being involved in the decision making process

Other duties:

- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when
appropriate
- Welcoming and looking after visitors
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes post, correspondence writing letters

11. FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Requirement:

- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Graduate from reputable university in Finance/Accounting
- Preferable Hold PPA Certificate from respective University or CPA Certificate
from IAI.
- Experience in MNC for at least 10 years {whereas at least 5 years in
Managerial position}, having experience in an Automotive MNC is advantage.

Requirements:

- Computer Skill: familiar with ERP systems , MS Windows applications
