1. Local Purchasing Manager


Responsibilities:





Choose the appropriate supplier to ensure the efficient performance of the
contract, under the guidance of the workflow of the Headquarters, organize the
process of selecting, assessing, affirming, cooperating with, and evaluating
the supplier.




Accomplish the overseas engineering project in line with the required
quality within the prescribed period, purchase material and ensure the quality
according to the request of the project.




Ensure the performance of overseas contracts, reduce costs, conduct
technical and commercial support for external accessory products of the daily
items, participate in the establishment of an external accessory procurement
system in the overseas market {localized procurement system+ the procurement
system of the Headquarters}.




Assume the post of Project Manager to organize the pre-sales bidding of
the external accessory, contract signing, and the fulfillment of the
contracts.



Requirements:





Bachelor degree or above in Communication, Electronics ,trade, commercial
or related discipline.




Over 3 years working experience of engineering management in the
telecommunication industry, trade and commercial experience, technical work
experience and the experience of subcontractors management.




Have Communication Networks knowledge, familiar with the flow of
subcontractors management.




Reliable as a team player, able to communicate and coordinate,
self-improving, responsible, and able to work under pressure.




Special requirement: Professional Communication technique, good English
Skills, ability to learn, excellent analytical and decision-making skills.



2. Warehouse Staff


Responsibilities:





Take charge distribution equipment to the
site




Manage inventory management for main warehouse, region warehouse,
sparepart warehouse




Monitoring delivery equipment day by day




Have experience for manage bounded warehouse more preferable



Requirements:





Male / Female max 35 years




Degree in Logistics / Trade / Economics or equivalent




Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate
others; experienced in project management




Possess professional logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier
authentication and procurement processes




Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export




Proficient in English, Mandarin will be advantage




Willing to relocated to Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makasar and Banjarmasin



3. HR Specialist


Responsibilities:





Responsible to cover talent market of various positions




Finding prospective candidates commensurate with company
requirements




Engaged in the preliminary assessment process of the prospective
candidates which includes document screenings and interviews




Prepare prospective candidates profile and ensure thoroughness and
consistency in candidates presentation.



Requirements:





Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or
Psychology




Minimum of 3 years working experience in HR Recruitment and Selection




Reliable as a team player, able to communicate and coordinate,
self-improving, responsible, and able to work under pressure




Special requirement: Professional Communication technique, good English
Skills, ability to learn, excellent analytical and decision-making skills



4. Custom Clearance Staff


Responsibilities:





Take charge clearance custom part




Prepare all obligatory document to be used clearance custom




Provide obligatory document in order to assist customer to get
import permit




Responsible for clearance custom until take out all cargo from custom




Support implementation of projects part




Initiate and organize selecting broker and forwarder for implementation of
project




Organize and harmonize broker and forwarder in order to finish
distribution and transportation in land



Requirements:





Degree in Logistics / Trade / Economics or equivalent




Over 2 years work experience in logistics / forwarders, especially have
clearance custom experience




Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate
others




Experienced in project management




Possess professional logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier
authentication and procurement processes




Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export




Proficient in English



5. Outsourcing Management Engineer


Responsibilities:





Choose the appropriate subcontractor to ensure the efficient performance
of the contract, under the guidance of the workflow of the Headquarters,
organize the process of selecting, assessing, affirming, cooperating with, and
evaluating the subcontractor




Accomplish the overseas engineering project in line with the required

Organize the implementation and management of the international
engineering projects with subcontractors work

2 Guest Service Officer , Female - Min Diploma 3
3. Engineering Staff, Male - Min Diploma 1
4. Telephone Operator, Female - Min Diploma 2
5. Management Trainee, Female / Male - Accounting - S1


General qualifications :


- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Or 1 - 2 years experience in the same position
- Team Player
- Hard Worker
- Good Looking, outgoing personality, good attitude
- High sense of customer service oriented
- Good English - spoken written
- Computer Literate


Other requirements :
